I haven't received my email from Masterlock yet
A couple of things could explain this. If we are busy, it may take a bit longer to set up your rental. Also, if you booked far in advance, we sometimes wait until a day or so before your rental to set it up so the access code does not expire. Finally, if you are a returning customer, your old password may still work. If none of that helps, text us at (920) 278-9766.
The password I received won't work
This usually happens for one of a few reasons: the password was entered incorrectly, the email address does not match the one on the reservation, or the Organization ID was not entered correctly (it should be: kayakwis). If you've double-checked all of that and still can't get in, text (920) 278-9766 with your email address and we will troubleshoot for you.
Can I stay out longer than my booking?
On weekdays, text us and we'll often let you extend at no extra charge if availability allows. On weekends, regular fees always apply due to higher demand.
